  2. I connected a powered HDMI to USB cable and can use it to display anything/everything on my phone. Would mainly use it to display Netflix. But things like Youtube work as well.

    Xm App

AA does not support the XM app. https://www.android.com/auto/ Scroll down and click on Apps. Better link for supported apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/promotion_3001303_android_auto_all
  4. Or go back a couple of posts and get it for free.... you forgot that obvious 3rd option. Free or pay a spammer $30... let me think about that.
  5. Sorry, did not think about that I added a zip file of the folder and included files. You just need to be sure to have the synctool folder in the root of the SD card.
  6. I just downloaded the newest maps for my NEX8100. Don't know if this will help anyone but here is the link: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B2NsptcnEVZMdW42ei1EUlNwZ3M&usp=sharing Save the folder itself to the root of the USB drive.
  7. Some people were posting about slow download or being unable to access Google Drive. I've mirrored the download as follows: http://www.copelandhome.net/Avic411/CARDINFO.zip http://www.copelandhome.net/Avic411/2013 USA-CANADA MAP UPDATE.zip NOTE: These are direct links to the files. They are being hosted on GoDaddy servers.
  8. Not sure... http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/38472-2013-usacan-maps-download/&do=findComment&comment=275737 http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/38472-2013-usacan-maps-download/?p=276705 I've seen it mentioned but not seen too many complaints that it was lost.
  9. Worked perfectly. At first I tried the cardinfo file in post 39 but it did not work. I used the original file and it worked perfectly. Sent a donation as it's the right thing to do.
  10. When you view the larger compressed map file you will see that it contains 2 folders and the CardInfo file. Copy the two folders (Firmware and Update) onto the root of the SD card. This will create those two folders and contents on the SD card. You don't need to copy the CardInfo file as it would be replaced anyway. Open the CardInfo.zip file and you will find the CardInfo.cif file. Copy the CardInfo.cif file into the root folder of the SD card. Place the SD card in the radio and turn the vehicle on in order to start up the radio. If done correctly, you will see a message asking if you want to

    Pioneer suck

$800? Then I think that largest electronic store in the world you work at charges way too much for this radio. I bought mine for about $600. By the way, this would mean that you work at Yodobasji Akiba in Tokyo.
  12. Does the link on this page not work? http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/GPS-Navigation/AVIC+Feeds+App
  13. Right now I have the backup camera set to turn on only when the back up lights come on. But the X940BT has the ability to turn the camera on even while the vehicle is moving forward or parked. I'm wondering if anyone has power running to their camera whenever the vehicle is running. Do you think the lights (IR?) would burn out more quickly if wired this way?
