Well i understand where your coming from. But the type of disc that i used worked for the 1st time and after that it never worked again.

OK yes there is only 2 items on the cd. Now i am using the default settings that is on nero. So i am still unable to get it to recognize on the z2.

Same thing happened to me. I guess you tried to update it while it was stuck on the pioneer screen. Well until your hard disk cools off it wont go back the main pioneer screen. So what i did was i parked my car in the garage left the car on for about 20 minutes and just let the cool air circulate and there it was back on the main pioneer screen. I learned to be patient cause i was freaking out. Now what my question is.. i tried burning this update on 4 cds as a data disk but it is still not working. So what is the trick behind this?

So if i downgrade to a Z1 will i be losing alot? Or cud i upgrade the Z1 so it wud be just like the Z2?

Ya its not working anymore. What do u mean by no more bypass? How can i get it bypassed then?

Ok my installer for my Z2 has done a switch on my car. Via on or off button for the video playing or any options that gets blocked out while driving over 5mph. My installer told me today that the switch works, but he said i have to be in a certain screen and i have to press the on and off button on the switch to activate the bypass? Is this true? Well it has to be since it has worked before while i drove at higher speeds. I had video playing on my Z2 at speeds of 70mph. But they are saying its a certain screen i have to be in to activate the bypass? So please help me out here. Thanks.
