  1. I am having the same problem as you - same accessories too. I'm just a little confused from your post and wanted to double check - "the backup cam for some reason had the accessory and power leads on the same one" are you saying that when you installed it you connected the backup-cameras accs and power wire to the same wire on your car? And to fix it you just rewired it so one went to a constant 12v+, and the other to an ign/accessory wire?
  2. ^ ask them when the schnitzel is coming out, I need my siriously Sinatra, Shade 45, Stern, and Fusion!
  3. Isn't the Onstar on the GM/Caddy supposed to come out of the front's only? On my Denali the OnStar is only through the fronts, and I don't think you can change it to come through all the speaks. I use the GMOS-04 and that should also would work if your Escalade is the 03-06, but give MO INFO on your setup.
  4. I'm going to be installing a Z2 into my 03 GMC Denali with Prem. Bose amp. Before I pull the stock radio I am going to set all the fad/bal/bass/etc in the middle. I read on here that the Volume might be stored in the Bose amp as well, so does anyone have any experience with this? Does the set volume on the stock radio have any effect on the AVIC after I install it, or should I only be concerned with fad/bal/etc?
  5. Thanks Ducati, I did read that post but what got me tripped up was the line in Method 1 - "To use these files, you will need to already have a Z2 (or Z1 with a Z2 image....hint hint), and have your hard drive unlocked." I just wanted to make sure that having an unlocked HDD was not then inferred into method two.
  6. VERY NOOB question, but if you have the Z2 do you need to unlock the HDD to bypass it? Or can you just bypass it by doing the two wire ground and using the ISO image (never touching the HDD)?
