Anyone able to push phone contacts using Samsung SGH-A737 (AT&T Version)?

Somebody please help! I've been trying to transfer my phonebook contacts to my Z1 w/Z3 upgrade and can't for the life of me and I'm tired of talking to knuckleheads at Pioneer Tech support and getting vague answers or none at all. My phone is a Samsung SGH-A737 w/A2DP bluetooth profile enabled (I'm told that's what is needed by Pioneer for this to work), . HEre is the what happens the Nav disconnects itself from the phone, I follow the instruction to send contacts; I try to push a contact; the phone goes into searching for a device and time-out "No device Found, try again?" error message

Where did you get the Z2 image and how did you get it installed on the Z1? Thanks

If anyone ever wanted to erase their music partition on the AVIC-Z1 and rerecord here is the method to do so. This is the query I sent to Pioneer and their response below.
