Mike, Allthought i'm not familiar writing tweaks for iOS, i do have experience in programming in general. I was thinking about writing tweaks for a couple of months, but never really got to it. I'll start reading/getting familiar with the iOS codes this week and get back to you if i'm up for the task

I'm on an AVH-x8500BT (europe version) and my problem was the resolution which cannot exceed 1280x720 and 8000kpbs bitrate. I'm currently playing all my videos in MP4 H.264 with the aspects mentioned above. The X5500bhs should be H.264 compatible aswell. Im converting the videos with aimersoft video converter, keep everything the same as the source except the resolution (max 1280x720) and bitrate (max.8000) and i should work like a charm! Cheers
