  1. Thanks JasonH. Like VBlue said, I figured it was the Pioneer BT box and that the BlueParrot would be much better.
  2. Good deal. I am about 90% sure I am dumping my D3 and moving to the 8000BT. Please let us know how it goes tomorrow.
  3. Agreed. My car is a 2nd car that only get gets driven to work by me, so I haven't been that concerned. It is getting to the point that I am going to ebay my D3 and just buy the FH-P8000BT. It is new, its cheap and it will play BT audio and voice. My only serious requirements. Anyone have any other suggestions on a head unit? All I need is BT Audio and Telephone, and Sirius.
  4. I would like to know how the new phone works. It could be a hardware issue.
  5. I am having the same issue. I am just about ready to cell my D3 and get 800BT (non nav unit) and hope it is better. The BT has never been all that good with the D3 anyways, but now what the person on the other end hears with the iPhone4 is awful. Besides these issues with my old iPhone and new, BT module reboots sometimes, only handles 1 - 3 calls before it reboots or disconnects, BT audio randomly stops playing, typically after a pause and resume. I am going to be the Parrot BT is much better in the 800BT.
  6. @VBlue42 - Accepted, we all have bad days. @Camel - Yes, it was working for the past 6 months. My shop delayed me (had an installer go home which ticked off my wife who showed up at 10AM and was told to try again at 4PM) and then we forgot our apt. yesterday. I will let yall know the result.
  7. I am not an installer. I don't install my own stuff. I know I am not mechanically inclined so I leave it to the experts. I am pretty sure not everyone on this board does their own work. I wasn't aware that I was required to be a stereo installer to post a question on the board. I did all I could think to do with in the interface, I was wondering if there was more that could be done besides factory reset, which is all I could find. Nothing like search for inputs or the like.
  8. Sirius is no longer an option on my list of audio sources. Any thoughts as to why? I haven't been in the car to do anything and I have only had an oil change. None of my settings were lost so I doubt the battery was disconnected. Are there any other troubleshooting things I can do without ripping out the dash?
  9. Does it auto connect to any phone that has been registered?
  10. Questions regarding bluetooth phones: Does the Z110 handle multiple phones well? Does it have any way to choose the order of who's phone is connected as primary? Will it auto connect to any other phone if the primary isn't found? Just some questions as I used to have a D3 and I have a 910 I am getting selling. The D3 would only autoconnect to the first phone and the 910 will only connect to the last phone connected automatically. Thanks!

    Anycom FIPO A2DP

So I installed the X910BT in my car, without realizing it doesn't support A2DP, bluetooth streaming. I had a D3 and my wife loved it, the A2DP as the most beloved feature. So I am looking for ways around this, such as selling my 910BT. I might have another solution to anyone who might want it. http://www.jr.com/anycom/pe/AYC_FIPO/ This is the Anycom FIPO. You plug it in to any iPod device and it turns it into a A2DP receiver. This will work for home docks or car stereos with iPod adapters. I will let everyone know the results once I get it in.
  12. I unfortunately bought the X910BT and installed it before I realized it doesn't support A2DP. How can I get Pandora or other app based music from the iPhone to the X910BT? Is AUX in the only way or does the iPod cable also work? Any other options? I would have bought the Z110BT had I known the 910 didn't support bluetooth streaming. Thanks
  13. It works 100% with the D3, including BT Audio streaming. So nice.
  14. It is but without the iphone 3.0 software you can pair it like a headset. So BT-Tel only. With the 3.0 software BT-Audio works (streaming stereo audio from the iPhone to the D3) It works, I tested it.
  15. True about Sat radio.. I listen to it about 95% of the time, but every once in awhile there is something I want to listen to locally. I will let you you know if that fixes it. Thanks
