mikebaby
Has anyone been able to pair the new VerizonWireless LG Voyager? I have been unable to make it pair. It paired the first try with my old RAZR Thanks, mikebaby

JasonA414
After you put the passcode in my phone says device pairing incomplete and the z2 says registration failed.
revlis240
try using a 6 digit pass key if it will let you (000000) Also, are you running on Voyager software version V07? (its been through 7 revisions!)
JasonA414
I'm running V07. I thought the passcode was supposed to be 1111. I just tried 1111, 11111, 111111, 0000, 00000, 000000 and none worked.
revlis240
is it attempting to auto pair then failing, or just failing with regular pairing procedures? also, when you tried 000000 did you set the avic to 000000 also?
JasonA414
I just went and tried it again. I didn't set the avic to 000000 until just now, I didn't even know you could change the password. It works now with 6 characters. Thanks for your help.

Vycor
I found this site via google, glad its here... ive been a Pioneer user for years and with my new AVIC-Z3 i needed verification on which wires. ANYWAYS.. I just put an Avic-Z3 in my new truck... along with bluetooth. Like some here, i had issues, and was upset, i REALLY wanted bluetooth.. Well someone said you need a 6 digita passcode, so i tried a 6 digit one, yeah still no luck.. so THEN i tried "000000" 6 zeros... and sure enough THAT actually worked. Works nicely. I havnt installed my mic yet (i FORGOT to, i'll do it later its a piece of cake)... but its great. WHat a nice feature. So if your having trouble, try setting yer Avic unit to do 6 zeros as the passkey. Btw, i have a Verizon 700WX
