Enable RDS on D3?

LOL

If you want RDS to show you song titles and radio ID's, you'll have to settle for a cheap factory-basic-FM radio on any new car (they all come with it now).

Why would you expect a $1000 Pioneer unit to actually have something that's free on any cheap radio you buy these days?

LOL! Thanks for the incompetence, Pioneer!

Dude... why do you even come here any more? All you do is bitch and complain about how Pioneer and their products are crap. None of your complaining is helping anyone. And it's starting to get old. Do you even own any Pioneer products any more? Or do you just come here to whine for no apparent reason?

Someone needs to set up a new forum, www.ihatemyavic.com. Then there would be a place for the trolls to go.

That way this site could go back to the way it used to be, an information resouce, not a place for people to vent their shattered high hopes and expectations.

I keep seeing people post about how expensive "$1000" head unit is. Thats hardly expensive compared to all other major brands and the features you get.

just a navigation option alone costs well over that. then bluetooth which acts like onstar...and on star is another expensive option.

and another thing, members here are getting f700bts for under 700, and its the same as the 90bt except for the warranty the preouts and a dvd player. which if you dont care about the preouts and you own an ipod video or an external dvd player, its the same thing.

Also, the 700 doesn't come with the ipod cable like the 90 does. You have to buy it separately.

oh yeah forgot about that lol but even so with the amount of money youd be saving buying an avic as opposed to a nav option and on star etc is another $50 even a factor?

Sorry, I was just frustrated with guys like this around here. No doubt the new F series rocks, especially for the money. Pioneer will work out the few "minor" bugs, and they are going to sell a ton of them.
