i9im
The Pioneer GEX-P10HD has 2.5 stars on Amazon. Seems like a lot of people are not happy with the controls when connected to an AVIC-D3. Does anyone here have any opinions on how the receiver works with an F-Series unit?
bwolfe
Night and Day difference. On the D3 its an EXT option and that has little to no info. On the F Series its integrated on the Radio Screen and is much easier to use. I would show you pictures, but the trucks in the shop. When I get it back in a few weeks I will post a picture if someone doesn't do it first.
geo1378
Is HD radio really any good though? With an ipod who needs radio anyway at least you get to here only stuff you like. I was just curious cause I heard mixed reviews on HD radio, more bad ones than good too.
GnatGoSplat
I like to listen to the radio occasionally because then I can hear new tunes that I might like. If I only listened to what's on my iPod, I'd never know what all new tunes or bands are out there that I didn't know about. There are only 3 HD radio stations in my city though, and they're Easy Listening, Jazz, and talk radio which I'm not interested in so I'll wait a bit.
DJEAZIE
I just installed my Kenwood HD tuner today. I know its not a Pioneer but its still HD. Its amazing the difference. I am so happy I did this. You also get extra channels that stations broadast. I highly recommend!
