Audio but no Video

I have an F90BT hooked up to a 16GB iPhone 3G. I have some movies and family guy episodes and it lists them properly and when I choose it only audio will play. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

I've got the same problem with a different mp3. The Archos player outputs through RCA cables and the video doesn't run but audio does. Video splashes a garbled screen, and locks while the audio runs. I'm checking the video cable but does anyone else have ideas?

If it's running to the unit over RCA cables to the AV1 input on the back, any video problems are going to be with the MP3 player and not the radio... because it just treats whatever you plug in there as an external source.

Thats what I would figure, but this same mp3 player worked on the AVIC-N2, and works on RCA output to a TV, so would it be some internal hardware problem on the nav unit?

Try playing a different video device (like a portable DVD player or something) into the radio's AV inputs and see how that plays. That will tell you whether it's a problem with the radio or the Archos player. If you don't have any other portable video player, you can use a normal house DVD player, just hook it to the radio and use an extension cord from your house for power.
