lowbug
Hi, Got my F900.. Nice. However the speed camera could be better first off it alerts too far away, then cuts in and out the radio/cd etc and beeps, or it makes a naff dog barking sound?! Anyone know how to adust the distance to target and the sounds and can it simply play a "Speed Camera ahead warning" Once? Shame as it really lets the unit down. BorisM
iGO software in the unit can do all of that and more, but Pioneer did not give us setting options for it. Once me or someone in the Hacks subforum figures out how to adapt iGO skins from other devices we'll have it...
bitman
i had the same issue... a sound like a barking dog! another joke from pioneer? so disabled the speed warning messages. here in the uk they are useless anyway since you must be blind not to see those speed camera's (safety camera's to fill the pockets of no 10) in the first place. foggy
i had the barking dog, it only seems to happen when i had camera alert and traffic re-routing on at the same time. I thought I was going mad at first, problem i'm sure I can hear it in every song that plays now. I'm just download the new EU firmware, 20. See if it makes any difference.
