kemske37
i just disconnected my car battery and i guess there is not any memory backup on the d3. has anyone tried fabricating some sort of watch battery or something similar to retain all the information in your d3 when your car battery goes dead? usually i wouldnt care but it takes around 20 minutes to get all the settings back the way they were. diemaster
they make memory savers. they plug on your battery cables or plug in the power socket and keep any computers memories alive including the AVIC. powersocket: (only works if the socket is not key switched) http://www.tooltopia.com/index.asp?Page ... D=81305435 clip on to the battery leads. (best option IMO.) http://www.domotronix-ltd.com/index.php ... huaa5780k7
