red04svtcobra
Will a Avic Z2 fit in a 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan. It says it has a 7" opening but don't know if it will or not. I bought a used Z2 and planned on installing it in my Mustang but now have decided to buy the G/F a G35 and give her the Nav unit. Any ideas???
garrettoomey
My suggestion is to keep the Z for your self and find a good deal on another for the GF.
garrettoomey
According to Crutchfield, her car has a 7 3/16 inch DEPTH, with EURO-DIN. "Euro-DIN" stereos attach from the front through the 2" tall rectangular hole in the dash, sliding into a metal sleeve that attaches to the front of the dash. It looks like it is only single DIN... Foques
it will fit, but you will need to get an additional fit kit. You can get one over at g35driver.com.. it will run around 200$ as you will need a bracket, HVAC controller and the new faceplate.
defjux921
where did you see it for $200? i got mine for $285 - and thats just the dd finisher and ac control unit - don't need the bracket you can get it for less than 200 if you go with the metra kit, but imo it doesnt look good
defjux921
i just noticed the op asked about a 2007 SEDAN... the poster above me posted the kit for the coupe... completely different... a 2007 sedan's oem radio/navi is actually really nice and doesn't need to be changed... like he other poster said, i'd keep the z2 for yourself
