Known Verizon Phones that work with the Avic f Series

My xv6800 aka HTC Mogul works fine other than the phone book transfer issue tons of people are seeing. 1 contact with multiple numbers = 1 icon on AVIC for each number and all icons for that contact have the same name. Pioneer needs of fix that ish. In the video's it says call "John Doe at work, home or cell?". Something like that. What a rip off.

 

The only way to get around this is to hack the phone book database on the AVIC. Hopefully it'll be in the next patch.

Using a blackberry 8830 with no problems.

Took about 8 failed attempts to set it up but when it finally connected it worked great. Only real problem I have is I have 600+ contacts and the f900 bt only takes 400.

My Motorola ROKR and my wifes LG Vu both work. They are also both obnoxiously loud with no way of bringing the volume to an acceptable level that won't make your ears bleed.

My Motorola V750 works great, Treo 700wx doesn't... Disconnects and reconnects constantly.

My AT&T Tilt half works. Pairs just fine and transfers the contact over (separate one for each number) but the VR won't work with it. Whenever I try the F90BT says I missed that or please say name or number over again. VR dialing using just numbers works fine. Tried 4 different windows 6.1 roms with no luck. Also I can never hear it ring and miss it when someone answers sometimes. Really starting to piss me off since the phones worked flawlessly with about 10 other BT devices including 2 other car systems. The F series has some problems that have to be addressed.

My BB Pearl has worked great from the very beginning. Every once in a while there is a slight glitch, but nothing that is much of a big deal. Overall, I am very happy with how it works with my F90BT!
