xplosion79
If the is something wrong on the speakers wires, or just one, the internal amp will shut off to protect itself. Please post year, make and model of vehicle, what speakers are in there, and if there is a amplifier in the vehicle, wether it be stock or aftermarket. 2001 Lexus GS400 completely stock with stock amp. Worked fine for months than all of a sudden after about an hour of driving I hear a pop than no sound. Sometimes the sound comes back on by itself sometimes I have to shut the car off. Sometimes I can bang on the dash and the sound will come back on. I've pulled it out to see if theres loose wire but there isn't. Since there is no harness for a gs400 I used splice connectors because I didn't want to cut up the oem harnesses. The unit is mounted using the OEM mounts.
gallois
I downlgraded to BT 2.9 and it's still happening. If I don't use the unit for a few days when I turn it on I have no navigation or system sounds. Input/radio works ok.
