We will be more than happy to assist you with your inquiry. Please note that Navweather package is now available. Please contact XM Listener Care at 1-800-XM-Radio (1-800-967-2346) and have your radio ID ready. Get your 8-digit radio ID by tuning your XM receiver to Channel 0. Note: there is no "I" (eye), "O" (oh), "S" or "F" used in the radio ID numbers. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to send an additional email or you may contact a Listener Care Representative directly at 1-800-XM RADIO (800-967-2346).
