I'm going to venture a guess that you have an amp in the car. The most simple fix is as follows:

 

Make sure the +12v remote wire going to your amps is powered from the wire labeled "System Remote Control" on the AVIC HU. If you use your cars accessory wire instead.

 

If the problem persists, you need a bit more of a delay. You can test this by disconnecting the remote terminal at the amps and turning the HU on. Once its fully booted, touch the +12v remote wire to its terminal and see if there is a pop. There shouldn't be. If there isn't, try one of these out:
