I see there is a new fast food poi's like my elcipse unit had and all the resturant icons are just an R. doesnt really help you see what is around to eat. Is there a way to tell? lseguy1
www.pioneerelectronics.com has some sort of free software that allows you to customize your POI's, I believe.

Thanks i will give it a look. It would be dumb to just have every restruant listed as an R defeats the purpose of poi's if you ask me.
DiRtEe99
The program is crap and the POIs are crap. There is no way to tell what different POIs are from what I can tell. Only thing to do is download the hack for branded POIs. It is a big help. Only thing is it doesn't have restaurants. I am trying to work on that, but I probably won't get to it for a while and it looks like it could be tough to decipher.
lseguy1
yet another step down from the avic D3...which had branded POI's. Why did Pioneer change this?
