virjose Posted December 10, 2008 Report Share Posted December 10, 2008 Hi everyone, I just got a f90bt today and can not find anywhere how to change in the 2-d display from true north in the compass (when it points to north all the time) to where the map rotates around your position and shows your direction/orientation always going forward. In my old avic I remember I would just touch the compass icon on the screen and it would change, this one won't let me. Any thoughts? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

A simple, 2d north search will show this very quickly. Maybe they will fix this at some point, maybe not but it is a problem with the software that is being used, not a setting or user error. 3d nav mode though allows you to switch it back and forth.
