speters02
The manual for the F90BT says the size limits for USB is 2Gb and for SD is 8Gb. Has anybody tried larger storage devices like larger SD cards or larger USB flash drives? A portable USB hard drive? I am waiting for delivery of my head unit so I can't experiment yet myself. Just want to know what sizes of media I should be buying for this. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I don't know if it works for music and video playback, but since it recognized it for my backup, I would suspect that it would. --Mav
gouda272
I've seen other articles in this forum on this and it seems that 16gig cards work. I'm getting mine installed tomorrow and bought a 16 gig card for it.
DiRtEe99
I hooked up a 160 GB USB and it worked. It was very sluggish, but it managed. Songs played fine....it was the video that was poor. I use an 8 GB USB everyday and it works fine.
speters02
Thanks everybody. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting money if I got a 16GB SDHC or a USB flash drive bigger than 2Gb.
