jmack549
My friend's cheap nav can do this, and its really cool. I think it just basically has his battery life, service provider, and service bar. Can my AVIC do this?

CamelTowing
No it doesn't do that. I am sure someone could hack it somehow, but it seems like alot of work for a pretty useless feature

dianebrat
please read the title. i want to display this on the NAV screen I know it was clear to you, it could just have easily meant that you wanted to display it on the AVIC in general. Especially when you refer to your friends product as a "cheap nav" There are so many poorly formed and barely legible posts from folks, that assuming anything that's not explicit is usually wrong, and we've had folks that wouldn't have found the Phone button, we just wanted to get you the best info possible.
