smasood
After hacking into system is it possible to load and use updated maps. I found this website www.zorrogps.com which sales maps for very low price - Is it possible to use it on F500bt has anyone tried. The maps are from 2009 unlike factory loaded 2007 maps. analon
The Zorrogps site is a bit disorganized so was not able to really see what kind of maps they are selling...but the only maps that will work with the Avic are maps designed for IGo 8.0 and provided by Teleatlas As far as I know the newest IGo 8.0 maps are from q4 2008

smasood
I am posting a reply from zorrogps may be once their version 3 is released next week I will give it a try -- once I get Firmware 2.0 SD card from pioneer!!. The maps cost by itself is very low... "Hi, Thank you for your email. ZorroGPS runs now only on Windows Mobile. We also never try to run AVIC F500 bt. You could try next week when the PND Release version 3 is available. Hope to read you soon. Thanks,"
