You're welcome. The cheap ones people mention here are government-subsidized converter boxes, and they aren't very good, really. OK for a car, though, I guess... I don't own this unit but plan on buying it. I have an ipod but also really want tv broadcast. I was in my friends car and he had to set his ipod as av1 to play.
