talkin73
I just purchased my X910BT from buy.com here: http://www.buy.com/prod/Pioneer-AVIC-X9 ... 48765.html The price was far below anything else I could find online at an authorized dealer and thought I'd share in case it's helpful to others. I'm guessing it can be had for a similar price from non-authorized places, but the difference between having access to the 1-year manufacturer warranty and not felt significant to me. So, good price plus warranty seemed ideal. You can also get an extra $10 off at buy.com if you use the coupon listed on this page: http://www.techbargains.com/buycomcoupons.cfm I also opted for the Square Trade 3-year warranty which is advertised on the buy.com website, but mostly because I found a 40% off online coupon so the price ended up being only $54 to extend the warranty to 3 full years which seemed reasonable. The reviews for Square Trade look pretty good overall though I am skeptical in general of extended warranties. I would have included a link to the coupon, but it was actually expiring about 1 hour after I found it So, it's no longer available, unfortunately. I hope this is useful to someone. Folks here have been really helpful to me with answering questions before buying so thought I'd try and return the favor.

Grxmites
I think the deal might be over becasue it went back to around $
talkin73
I think the deal might be over becasue it went back to around $850 It's actually even worse than that. The $769 price was when it was sold from Buy.com themselves, an authorized online Pioneer dealer. The current $854 price is actually fulfilled by a non-authorized distributor which, I believe, would not entitle the buyer any access to the one-year manufacturer warranty
