Just tried to convert all the images and got an out of memory error. Hmm, I must be misreading something, why would you get error messages for converting bmp's and not wanting to convert bmps? What is igo format? Do you mean making a bmp smaller to place into your igo folder so that they will appear smaller on screen? If so, I have done this successfully on a number of occasions.
