That flasher or mine, or anyones only works for units made before July 06 and only if you don't update your Z1 with the pioneer bluetooth update disk.

 

These things are pretty much obsolete. With the update disk (which I have yet to get working) it disables these flashers and rumor has it that they will use the 2 wire ground method. If yours is a July or newer model these circuits will do absolutely nothing for you.
