MusicSphere

Recommended Posts

MusicSphere should be going live today for owners of the X920.

It's a plug in for iTunes that analyzes all your NON-DRM music into 40 distinct categories based on mood, bpm, rythym, etc.

It takes around 15 seconds per song if it's something that's not already in Pioneer's database.

Once it's done, the 40 playlists are synced to your iPod/iPhone allowing MusicSphere on the AVIC to pick it up. I'm not sure if the playlists are "hidden" when not connected to the AVIC, but I'll find out.

The musicsphere plugin should be available for download in the next couple of days/weeks.

You were right about the timing. I'd like to mess with the Mac version though.

any idea what happened to MusicSphere after updating mac?

I have iOS Lion 10.7.2 and now every time I open iTunes, I get a plug-in warning/ Try selecting “Open in 32-bit mode” in the Finder’s info window for iTunes... I can't seem to find out where that is, and why music sphere just stopped working..

Any input? or similar issues?
