I have the latest version of Netflix which is v1.1.2 . I'm going to try my friends iphone today. I'll get back with the info.
avic_rez
hi, I have a Iphone 3g and read everything on this post and I couldn't get mine to work either. I was just wondering if you were able to test it with your friend's phone?

Zrullac
Avic set to ipod video mode and still only voice. Saved movies on iphone and youtube works fine with video but still no video from streaming netflixs. I have the pioneer cable and latest netflix version app. and I've seen others on the forums with the same problems as me. You have to go into Nav Settings and change AV1 from Ipod to video. keoni004
Netflix, as far as I can recall, only streams on the iPhone 4. My GF's got a 3GS and it's a no go...unless they expanded use to the 3G in the last few months. Â Yep...4G out of the box folks. VBLUE42
Its i4 only unless you have a jailbroken phone for previous versions.
jamesfoster
Does anyone know if netflix will work on the AVH-P4300DVD? I'm considering getting that unit next and that would be a big plus for me.
VBLUE42
If it can display iPod video then the answer is yes.
ramman949
Interesting... Â I have a JB iphone 4 on 4.1 and I have to switch my AVI input to VIDEO to make netfix work. By default, mine is set to ipod on AV1. Â So you guys are saying that netflix will run with AV1 set to ipod mode??? Â I took a look at my JB apps and I dont have any TV out fix or hack or mod? Â Â Can anyone school me on this? Â Â Thanks!
VBLUE42
You don't need to switch the AV1 to VIDEO and you don't need any TV OUT app for Netflix. All you have to do is select an iPod video using the unit then open the Netflix app on the phone.
Thumper88
Tried to stream Netflix on my z120bt, using iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.2.1. Only got voice, no video output. Youtube and others work though. Damn shame. Might have to jailbreak my phone...
