AVH-P3200BT bypass video

I have the black wire connected to the ground of the unit harness and wire harness. The connections on the relay are on 87 and 85. The blue wire is connected on blue/white wire on the wire harness and is connected to the relay on 86. The parking break wire is connected to the relay on 30

There might be a diode in your relay. If that's the case try to connect the blue/white wire to 85 and ground 87/86. Use a ohmmeter and verify that the relay turns on and 87/30 is then connected.
