djmixmac
Learned much from this helpful forum. Its almost finished and is now going to be molded so the outside will be smooth black plastic. Now, I just have a question, My TSX is a NON-Navi model so in the PCM, there is a pin for the VSS Wire but no wire is present. How do I connect the VSS wire from the Z1 to this Pin? Will I have to buy some wires or can I use the existing wires from the Z1? I'm just not sure if its long enough to reach the PCM pin connectors in the footwell on the passenger side which this VSS pin is located.

Cincycaddy
You should be able to go to radio shack or the like and find a molex pin to insert in there. then extend the AVIC-Z1 VSS wire. BTW- is Ron doing the full install or just the dash mod? He does some great work over there. Chris.
djmixmac
Is the Z1's VSS wire long enough do you think? How long is it? PS. Posted in wrong section ( N1/N2, oops,)
sportsfan21
And am I seeing those pictures right? Is the Z1 screen seperated from the unit?
