jpap33
Hey all.... I had my blue tooth working fine for some time. I can't recall the exact time I lost it, might have been around the ios 5 update. I updated the avic today to the latest firmware and also upgraded the map too via the mods on here. When I look under settings, it always says bluetooth firmware ---:--- The 'upgrade' to 2.04 had the bluetooth files in it--thought it would fix it. Any ideas? Sometimes when I start up, bluetooth will be greyed out, and when its not, 50% of the time bluetooth will be "off" and the options are always greyed out. Thanks for your help, Joe
RonS
I notice it takes a while for Bluetooth to initialize after a boot before the BT settings is un-grayed. It could take a minute. Once it is un-grayed, did you install CNSD-210FM SD2? Also be aware that you'll have to re-pair the phone after loading the firmware.
jpap33
Thanks for the reply. I did NOT instal SD 2. I missed that part of the instructions! Thanks, sorry for the bother. I'll let you know if it works. Joe
