I have the same time settings and gmt on WinCE, On app radio menu and got on appradio+ menu, on iGo software, but when the system restart show date and time incorrectly... I think part of my problem was that I was clicking the link on my ipad thinking that it would take me to a website. My only issue is that I can launch iGo from windows explorer, but not the iGo icon.
