liyochen1 Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi everyone, like many others, I have my new 8400 recently. I like everything about this unit. However, my friend told me that when I talking through BT, he could hear a low constand buzzing noice. I had U310BT before 8400, and I dont think it has this problem. When I replaced the unit, I left the mic along, as they seemed to be compatible. First I thought was the mic that is causing the promble, so I replaced it and nothing happens. Does anyone has the same problem? Is there any way to fix it? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

smokefortyaday Posted September 20, 2012 Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 I have had this complaint too. The fix I have at the moment is to pull the AppMode cable out before answering the call. It seems that the cable is causing some kind of interference. I tried a few positions yesterday of the phone in mount, when I took it from the mount and hung it down it had no buzz according to my wife listening at the other end. I will probably try to remount the iPhone elsewhere whilst speaking to the wife to find a location without buzz. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
