no voice from voice commands or phone calls

anybody can help me with my other problem. showing "unreadable disc error" and no radio stations receive(am/fm). thanks.

unreadable disc error is hardware related. I do not understand the "no radio stations receive". Can you post a picture? Have you tried a method 3 or 4 reset from the owner's manual?

yes. i already replace the laser optic of the cd-rom but still having that error. after re-installing the system the radio stations were lost or even a sign of frequency of a radio stations. i tried everything to reset it. what picture do you want me to post. thanks.

Send a pic of your Audio Source selection showing the AM/FM missing. As for the DVD drive, it sould like you may have installed a bad optic or there is another problem with the DVD drive.

mr. garrettoomey. where do i attach the pic? i bought that optic from china company thru ebay...so if it's not working something wrong with the optic that i purchased? thanks.

sir. please check my av settings how come i don't have voice command coming out but the sound will be muted when i set a destination on my navigation and also my bluetooth it will be muted but can't here the ringtone of my celfon. also on the attachment are pics of the am and fm stations and the other one is the library playing. where can i buy the original optic? i tried in pioneer website but i don't know if it's available because i go over on the parts of avic z2 and i can't see it in their list. thanks again.
