Ashley
Hey all, I've just installed a Pioneer F910BT in my car and its good. Just wanted to know if my iPhone 4S is compatible with it as it can only seem to be able to make calls from the unit, I can't seem to find a way to play music from my iPhone to the unit, either through Bluetooth or USB. Can someone help?
pionara
are you using the composite a/v ipod cables? A simple usb iphone cable will not pass any audio on these units. Have to have the "composite a/v" ipod/iphone cable that has audio and video outs (and plugs into AV1 on a/v harness). You can use either apple's composite a/v cable or pioneers. Avoid 3rd party ebay brands as they are notorious for failing. Then you need to make sure in the a/v settings that input 1 is set to ipod. usb is for control and audio and video is passed over the rca connections. also x910bt is older generation unit that does not have bluetooth audio streaming - just for handsfree phone. Ashley
I have that lead I didn't install it but will do now, also is it possible to stream music like my friends F920BT?
pionara
you can stream music like from an app outside of ipod app (like pandora, etc) but no streaming over bluetooth on your model - must be wired.
tail24
There is no Bluetooth streaming of audio on f700, f90, f900 f910
Ashley
I installed the cable fully but it still doesn't show on my AVIC. The iPhone says Accessory Connected when in launch th Music app but nothing else??? Is it because I updated to iOS 6?

tail24
They do. BUT you have to have the songs downloaded. So it has to previously been played on iPhone
