How do I know if the wire in slot 5 is the power Antenna wire?

What should the voltage read with a meter?

Reason is the pin locations you gave, I don't have any wires in 3&4, I do have a wire in 5 though.

So If put a meter on it what should it read +12v or ??

Thanks,

Burn

If you are using a Ford brand 2004 or newer car/truck/van/SUV then pin 5 should be around 12V when the radio is ON.

The RADIO is feeding pin 5 the 12V
