06 cobalt VSS wire?

Hey everyone, i'm putting in Avicd3. Can't find the VSS wire. I searched forum and got to a thread that said the high oss was yellow and low oss was purple at the transmission module. Is this what I use? Thanx in advance

that is also the right pac adapter. Just follow the instructions and it is easy to install.

 

Then also I figured out where the VSS wire is that you need for navigation.

 

Its next to the fuse panel on your passenger side. Take the kick panel off and there are two blue harnesses you want to remove the one that is vertical no horizontal. That is BCM C2 if you tap the vss wire to the grey wire at pin 62 that should give you your feed for the vss wire.

 

also go to www.avic411.com, they have a hack so you dont have to hook up the ebrake wire that way you can sue the navigation and dvd functions while the car is in motion. its very easy

 

im going with the metra double din which is 95-3302 but the scosche works too. Im also doing the sirius add on and I just traded in my zune for the ipod and the harness so the pioneer can fully interface with it

Well that hook up on the BCM isn't working for me. I started using the yellow wire pin 45 on the C3 connector on my Cobalt SS/SC 05 PCM (this is PCM specific) which is the VSS high. It instantly started working.
