It took me ONE WEEK to get the Z1, just as they has said, it was in MINT condition, and I have had zero problems so far (knock knock on wood). I believe I may have seen that on their website...but I'm not sure. You can buy from a place like Crutchfield with full warranty, but not these fly by night places.
