nymustang77
Im sending my AVIC N1 in to pioneer for repairs. Does any one know how long this process is? And how much they charge for repairs?
YoungDru
If you sent it to the long beach location, then it should take about a week. took me a week to get it repaired back when i had an N3.
nymustang77
How much did they charge?
YoungDru
They said send a money order for $200 and it will cover any repair. Cause if you send it and tell them to first check it, they will charge you $75 just to tell you what the problem is. But give them a call first, they just told me to send the money oder for 200 to their attention/repair center, i did and they did repair it.
Heckler
I just sent mine in for the ribbon cable upgrade and it took about 2 weeks to get mine back. I was a bit concerned because I have a N1 with the bypass mod on the motherboard (solder jumper wire) and I really did not expect them to even do it. I got it back fixed and my mod was still working and they fixed the cable issue. I was getting preped to buy a new unit!
