350z with z1 two screens installation

I am trying to buy the pioneer z1 navigation and the Farenheit 7000 lcd for my 350z. The audio din in 350z is really low. So many people installed another lcd at the upper cubby. I knew that you could use the upper cubby for video playing, and the navigation at the bottom for navigation at the same time.

But can you flip two screens? I am trying to do navigation screen on the upper cubby(Farenheit 7000) because for driving safety. Navigation screen at the bottom is too low. Or can z1 at least do both screen navigate at least when I need navigation. Or is there any other choice of doing it? My question is basically asking can z1 output navigation to another lcd, not just movie playing?

 

I don't have the z1 yet, so I don't know the functionality it could do. I want to make sure before buying.

You will not be able to flip the screens, but you can display nav on both of them. Set the rear video output to mirror and then display the nav on the Z1. The picture quality of the nav will not be as good on the second screen.

How do I get to those controlsa on the z-1

Go to the source menu. One of the icons is 'rear screen' If it is set to 'mirror,' it will display whatever is on the Z1 screen. If it is set to DVD, it will play whatever DVD you have in on your other screens

do you have to get an RCA splitter to duplicate the SINGLE rear monitor output cable. I am installing 2 headrest monitors, and there is only one output.
