rmedrano1116 Posted August 25, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 25, 2007 sorry the unit is an avic-z2 . . . in a dodge charger . . . . and the buttons that don't work are the adress search, delte song from library, poi, i mean basically i can go on for days but all i can really do is all the music controls but whhen it comes to the menu or map items I'm limited . . . o also i don't have a bypass the shop told me it would void the warranty and i have no clue how to even take the had unit out or fix the wiring. . . if you can help it would be fantastic Quote Link to post Share on other sites

If you didn't do the bypass, it should be hooked up to your parking brake the parking brake wire is the light green wire on connector 1 correct? when doin the bypass for it i noticed the wire isn't connected to anything its actually cut so i'm confused???
