gerdutch
Read all the by-pass stuff and it works for you guys. Anyone use the (black)powercord only, not the(white) RCA plug and do a by-pass?
whtcrxghst
I'm sure you could do it, but it would be extremely difficult to make a strong connection on the pin that needs to be grounded without that white plug
HiFiSi
^ what he said. For the effort you would have to use to get a wire to stay securely on the pin necessary for the bypass, you might as well just do it using the RCA connector as usual.
gerdutch
Thanks for the reply guys. You gave me the answer i was looking for ....Plug in the "white" plug and do the by pass...! It is just getting a little crowded behind the Unit. Have to push it in place with both feet against it...uuuggghhhh Just kidding!
HiFiSi
You could always use the same method you used for moving the mute wire to completely remove the RCA's from the harness to save room. Just make sure you write down which pin goes where in case you ever need to put them back in.
gerdutch
Thats a great idea and even better if i have an "Old" RCA plug from a useless radio and use it jsut to make the connection! thanks
