asylum
Hi to everyone, I have a problem with my new AVIC F960BT. I cannot accept the user license when I start the map. The "refuse" and "accept" are inactive. And I can not scroll the text. Whenever I drive or stay still. I tried to reset, disconnect the battery and fuse and even put another language. It is strange, because the navigation works in background because the street names appear at the bottom when on the home page and I even have the gentle lady voice informing me of the speed limit changes (she speaks in English even if I chose French...). But I always comeback on this screen (always in French even if I choose English) where I cannot accept the license. I also tried to update the firmware. But when I go to the system information menu after deactivating the av sources, the "update firmware" button is inactive. What else to try (except send the unit back...) ? Pirrama
Maybe sounds stupid but have you tried to scroll down the agreement? Maybe then "Accept" will become active? Just a thought...
asylum
I cannot scroll... Is it due to the fact that I should connect a wire to the hand brake (or connect it to the ground to bypass it) ?

RonS
Thanks for the answer ! I should add that I doubt that grounding the PB wire will bypass it. Check to find the correct by-pass procedure for your headunit.
