doey
Just got my D3 installed and everything works perfectly, except the Nav Traffic option. When I go into the Navi Menu and select XM Status, it says the system is not connected and there is no signal. However, XM works on all channels so I know I'm getting a signal. I have spoken to XM several times and they've re-sent the Nav Traffic command to my system several times and still nothing (I am subscribed to Nav Traffic). Everything should be connected correctly as the installer that did the work is very very reputable and I trust his work. I have talked to him as well and he's not sure either. Just wondering if anyone has ever had this same problem and what you did to fix it. Thanks..
PaisanNYC
The XM Radio is playing through the Ip-Bus cable, but the installer did not connect the IP-data cable.
trol1374
Which XM model do you have?
KITSOS
I'm having the same issue with my D2. Where would the IP-data cable be connected to (and what does it look like?) Sorry for the noob question
whtcrxghst
Its a cable with a small connector. Refer to your manual for pictures. One end goes to the XM tuner, the other goes to the back of your deck

doey
Never mind. Figured out the problem. I'm using the wrong tuner. I have the Terk which does not have Nav Trak capability.
