The problem is with the firmware and it needed to be updated because it could not handle all the boot process. Then I asked him whats the limit on the music storage and he said its not documented. I was always under the impression the problem was with the hard drive. I wanted them to give their response on the scenario. Besides some people would rather have there cucumbers pickled.
