Holiwood
Since the folks at Pioneer seem to have a list of "compatable" phones that work with the BT adapter and AVIC-Z1 and are unwilling to update it and post it, it may serve us all well to compile our own list of phones that work CONSISTENTLY WELL with our system. Recommend folks only post thier phone model after two weeks of uninterupted connectivity. If you fell that your phone has interfaced well with the avic-z1 and BT adapter, fire away. ducatiboy
I think another thread was started on something like this: http://avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=
Holiwood
I checked that thread out the other day. My angle was a bit different, I was looking more towards reliability vice "it may work now, but in a week I have found problems." Ya'll seem to be the forum experts though. ducatiboy
Well, I stand behind my original Motorola recomendation. V710, the E815 and the new Razr V3m all from Verizon have been very fully tested with the Z1 and all work very well. None transfer the phone book automatically or even one at a time. But voice and sync-ing all work just fine.
