sunguard.sean
d3 or any pioneer units for that matter will not reconize(sorry i cant spell) an i-pod cable being connected. they will only see that source when there is an i-pod actually connected. if for some reason your i-pod is plugged into cd-1200 cable and still no source option then you need to check your connection at d3
skydude82
so i have to set up adapter again, or what i have to do. could you tell me more detail
sunguard.sean
dude what im sayin is that if the actual ipod aint pluged into the cd1200 cable the d3 will not let u select ipod as a source
skydude82
so mine is CD-IB100II is it will work as source.if yes why it's come like that could you show me how
installermarc
You have the wrong adaptor. The AVIC-D3 takes a CD-1200 to control/charge/listen to an Ipod. Take the other one back, man-slap the salesman that sold it to you, and get the right cable.
skydude82
so CD-IB100II work with D1 or D2
whtcrxghst
Yes, and dozens of other models, but not the D3 so CD-IB100II work with D1 or D2
