replace your battery in the car.......seen it happen a lot of times......always been a dying battery......funny you ask cause i just had it happen on a chevy diesel a few weeks ago....dude had to replace both batterys.....anyway that should fix it

I had a car that did that. It was a mitsubishi, pissed me off everytime I got out the damn car..zap. My solution........powered lambo doors.....never had to touch the door again. Silly car didn't know who it was messin with.

correct the vss tells the nav how fast your vehicle is going for a true all time possition on the screen the reverse is only if you add a back up cam everything else you need will be right in the wire harness for your car

dude what im sayin is that if the actual ipod aint pluged into the cd1200 cable the d3 will not let u select ipod as a source

d3 or any pioneer units for that matter will not reconize(sorry i cant spell) an i-pod cable being connected. they will only see that source when there is an i-pod actually connected. if for some reason your i-pod is plugged into cd-1200 cable and still no source option then you need to check your connection at d3

so just for shits and giggles..........i just got done building a demo truck for powerbass used pioneer d3 as head unit (also a 10v eq cause we all know bout them outputs) truck has 28 mids and highs 4 1500watt class d amps 2 600 watt class a/b amps and 8 2xl series 12" subs......truck is a 2000 extended cab ranger chopped and bagged 20" tezens,9" of bed hight was taken out for the layout....anyway back to the subject, hooked up 2 12s ...d3 worked fine 4 12s...d3 worked fine 6 12s....d3 worked fine 8 12s.......d3 does not like, goodnight,see ya, bluuuueeeeee, so just curious all installers wha

ok..so ive been working on a project truck for mini-truckin mag the past few weeks so i havent had a chance to log on to much.......is this update for the freezing problem that it seems every other z2 has...if it is is it on pioneers web site? someone wanna fill me in please.....this could save me a lot of greaf with some customers

the kit does not mount to the car its just side fillers for the gap that mount to the deck.............for mounting you just use the factory brackets on the factory radio

if you look at hacks and mods for d3 on this site you will find what your looking for.......its very simple however does involve removing your d3 from dash assembly ...........after its out its a 2min fix...hope this helps
