Zrz11386
Hey guys, ive done a search and couldn't come up with any useful tips. Sorry for the newbie question. I saved the custom backgrounds onto a disk, inserted the disk into my D3 and went to system options on the NAVI menu, and everytime i go to the splash screen and choose import from disc, and everytime it tells me that i need to save the backgrounds under /PICTURE/ and i do have them saved in a picture folder that is named PICTURE, but i cant put either of the /'s in the name, it wont allow me. Does anyone know if im doing somethin wrong or is there any other way? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you guys ahead of time.
whtcrxghst
Did you put 100 megs of other crap on the disk? I seem to remember that being the hangup when I did it, but its been a long time. And it can't be music
HiFiSi
No, there should be no backslashes in the folder name. Just name the folder PICTURES. It can have no more than 20 files in it, the pictures have to be JPEG format, and the total size of the data on the disk has to be over 1.8 MB for a CD and 170 MB for a DVD. Look in your manual. It's on page 66. It tells you how in great detail.
