Recommended Posts

Hey,

Is there anyone out there (close) that can do a bypass on the AVIC Z2 in the Hampton Roads area for a reasonable fee? While you are in there possibly add a backup camera & AUX plug? Contact me via email ASAP if you can and are interested....

PS,

I have a custom install on my 5 series BMW cetting to the rear is not difficult.....

I'm in the Hampton Roads area, but I'm afraid I don't have the free time to do an install. Check Metra to see if they have a harness for your car that gives you navigational wiring. If so, then your workload is cut drastically. Let me know what kind of car you have. I'll let you know if some free time comes up. Good luck.

PS

Be careful when taking it to local installers. I was scammed by a certain shop in Norfolk. Send me a PM and I'll give you the details.

I ended up doing it myself.... Very, very easy.... BTW Having the second set of wires handy does make it a lot eaiser..... If anyone else in the area needs help hit me up... As long as you can get to the wiring harness and back of the radio, it's easy!!!!
